The more regulation we have, the less people want crypto.

It’s a trade off, I agree less of the OGs and early adopters will want to use it but normies won’t want to use it without some sort of regulation / acceptance

Finally came across another crypto writer and this is quality writing. Great read, thank you.

thank you! Appreciate the kind words.

While I work in crypto, this is more of a generalist Substack but you can expect more articles like this to come

That’s all good! Looking forward to reading your work :)

I’m active in crypto as well, we might be X mutuals!

I doubt it, my X accounts a burner I’ve been using for 5 years. Not much thought leadership, more just reply guying and shit posting like a true Crypto X user

That’s the right way to use CT tbh (as long as you’re not a Kaito yapper)

What advantages do regulated stablecoins present over the currencies they are pegged to? It seems to me like there are only major inconveniences and complications, without really any of the potential upside that speculating on Bitcoin has.

Regulated stablecoins still move faster and cheaper than other payment methods but forsure regulators are seemingly doing a good job of “tradfying” crypto.

I can’t argue against speculating on the Bitcoin, especially when you have people retired sipping cocktails on the beach because they’ve seen 10,000% + appreciation.
